Paid Time Off, Volunteer Time Off and Holidays

Our employees begin accruing PTO (Paid Time Off) on their first day and are given an initial deposit of PTO hours that can be used immediately. With our volunteer time off program, employees are given up to 8 hours per year of paid time to spend volunteering at our designated community partner locations. Additionally, our employees are given paid time off for all major holidays.

Employee Assistant Program

Our company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services provide counseling for a variety of topics, from mental well-being to financial health, to our employees and their families.

Spending Accounts

Your pre-tax dollars can be used for medical, dental, and other health-related expenses through a dependent care flexible option (for those enrolled in the preferred provider plan) or a health savings account (for individuals enrolled in the high deductible plan). We will contribute to an employee’s health savings account based on the tier of election.
